We went down the next day and asked to be moved to an ocean view room had to haggle a bit because they tried to say we didn't book one (we did) and got moved. Bellman took us back down and they moved us to a room with an obstructed view, whatever, we could still see the beach. When we got to our ocean front suite there were people still in the room. I would LEAVE if that happened to me and you should too. We didn't have to wait for our room to be ready but the desk agent said some people have to wait until 8-9PM.
Giving it 4 stars out of 5 because of some issues that seem like pretty big oversights.ġ.
